Established in 1948, Suffolk Age UK is a local partner of Age UK.
Their goal is to enable older people across Suffolk to love later life. They believe and are passionate about affirming that one’s later years can be fulfilling years. Whether people are on the quest to live well into old age, or are going through tough times, they’re here to help them make a positive change.
ICO Systems work with Suffolk Age UK is all about creating a lasting relationship enhancing the benefits we provide. A key factor is providing excellent IT Support. We do this by ensuring that when Suffolk Age UK need us we respond through our Rapid 24/7 Support. We provide a resident engineer one day a week to respond to any user issues, and meet with Suffolk Age UK on a monthly basis to review the performance of their systems and our service provision.
A really useful element to the monthly meetings is keeping their team up to date on new technology and the wider IT landscape. During these meetings we focus on technologies we think would benefit Suffolk Age UK and further enhance the service and care they give to their customers.
