We do this by installing a piece of software on all of the monitored devices. Real-time information is sent back to our Network Operations Centre (NOC). At our NOC, we set thresholds for each monitored device. Our real time dashboard notifies us when a device falls outside of a set threshold. It may be something simple such as disk, memory, or CPU utilisation or something more complex such as the DNS service impacting your ability to browse the internet.
Our 24/7 monitoring allows us to take action through automated processes both in real time (System Self-Heal) and scheduled (Proactive Management) and where appropriate Rapid 24/7 Support.
