Our proactive management is part of our IT support service, which works to optimise your IT devices so that they work faster, for longer. Proactive management means that you have to spend less time worrying about your devices optimisation, saving you time, money and making sure your IT system is optimised for as long as possible.
Many IT support providers claim to offer a proactive service, which in truth turns out to be little more than a very reactive service. ICO Systems offer a true proactive service.
So what is a true proactive service?
In essence it is maintaining and optimising systems and services in real time to ensure their effective operating status and to prevent issues arising that would otherwise require a reactive service to fix.
How do we deliver proactive management?
As part of our on-boarding process we spend time with you to identify your core IT systems, and the hardware and software that make it up. We then agree with you a time and a frequency when we can execute pre-planned, automated, proactive maintenance across your core IT systems. We call this the proactive maintenance window, and because all the work is automated it is often at weekends and in the dead of night. This ensures that your work as a business is disrupted as little as possible while we proactively maintain your IT systems.
During the maintenance window we run a series of tasks that keep your core IT systems optimised and protected. These tasks are set in our Network Operations Centre (NOC).
Outside of our maintenance windows, devices can also be issued fixes through our System Self-Heal process.
