Adapt Limited is an established boutique training consultancy and is based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Their specialism is in helping other businesses and organisations achieve their corporate and main business goals and objectives through the development of staff, managers and senior executives.
Our work with Adapt stretches back for over 10 years. We set out to be more than a ‘Break/Fix’ IT supplier and worked with them to find the right IT solutions to help them grow.
We worked hard to build a solid working relationship with our IT Support services at the heart of building a trusting relationship. By using our Self Healing Support and 24/7 Monitoring we established a stable platform which enabled growth.
Our audit process meant that we had the right information to suggest new features and functionality to help Adapt grow. Over the last 10 years we have implemented IT Projects that have further enhanced Adapt’s ability to meet the needs of their clients and grow even further. As Adapt offer IT training courses it was essential for us to create a platform that enabled Adapt to quickly change their training suite to suit the needs of their customer and to match their IT environment.

The latest project was to migrate Adapt’s email and file storage to a cloud solution. This has further enhanced Adapt’s ability to work from anywhere and grow.
