Help Desk & Remote Support

ICO System operate a manned Network Operation Centre (NOC) 24×7.

All calls and emails are logged and given a unique Incidence Reference Number and are monitored through to completion. A confirmation email is sent to the originator when a support incidence is first logged and one is also sent when the incidence is closed.

Our NOC uses enterprise class monitoring and management software for our proactive service and a suite of diagnostic tools to provide remote support.

We also provide web based remote control that does not require any software to be installed on your servers or workstations and can only be activated with your consent.

On-site Support 

We resolve over 93% of all incidents without the need for a site visit.

Even with the advances in remote management technology there are still times when a site visit is the most expeditious course of action to resolve a fault.

ICO Systems have invested in a new fleet of engineer’s support vehicles to ensure we get to you without delay.
