Our NOC uses enterprise-class monitoring and management software for our proactive service and a suite of diagnostic tools to provide remote support.
We also provide web-based remote control that does not require any software to be installed on your servers or workstations and can only be activated with your consent.
We resolve over 93% of all incidents without the need for a site visit. However, even with the advances in remote management technology there are still times when a site visit is the most expeditious course of action to resolve a fault.
